Area description
Malinska is situated in a wooded bay on the western side of the island of Krk. The island itself is the second biggest island in the Adriatic sea. One of the best features of this area is the climate with little rain and about 260 sunny days per year. Malinska and the surrounding coastal towns were once little fishing settlements but now this area is a vibrant tourist destination, offering its guests a multitude of cultural sites and social events. The lush intact Mediterranean vegetation is another top feature to be enjoyed during your visit and will shurrely help with leaving all the stress from the everyday life behind. Description
The apartment Prejac 3 with Sea View basically accommodates 2 persons in bedroom but 2 more persons can sleep in living room on foldable sofa bed. It is located on the first floor of an building facing the sea and beautiful sunsets. The apartment consists of 1 bedroom, fully equipped kitchen with dining table, bathroom and living room with an access to the very intimate balcony with view to pine trees and sea. The apartment is very modern furnished. It has wireless internet, satellite TV, air-conditioning and one belonging parking place in backyard. While using this acccommodation, you are required to take care of the property's hygiene and cleanliness. Please observe quietness in the property and its immediate surroundings between 11 p.m. and 8 a.m. During your stay in the property, you are not allowed to entertain other guests, except with the express permission of your host. Please do not take with you any items of the inventory or equipment from the property. On the day of departure, please let your host inspect the property used.
