The villa itself extends over three floors of 300 m2, consisting of two apartments, gym, sauna, carmingly decorated and well maintained garden, barbecue, swimming pool and a garage. The entire villa is air-conditioned, equipped with Wifi and all rooms have Sat Tv. There is enough space in the garage for one vehicle and there is another outdoor parking space. The Villa Ane is located in quiet neighborhood and therefore ideal for families. Group of young people who want to party are not welcome in this neighborhood regarding other people living here.

Area description
Malinska is situated in a wooded bay on the western side of the island of Krk. The island itself is the second biggest island in the Adriatic sea. One of the best features of this area is the climate with little rain and about 260 sunny days per year. Malinska and the surrounding coastal towns were once little fishing settlements but now this area is a vibrant tourist destination, offering its guests a multitude of cultural sites and social events. The lush intact Mediterranean vegetation is another top feature to be enjoyed during your visit and will shurrely help with leaving all the stress from the everyday life behind. Along the coast of Malinska and the wider area guests are free to enjoy a walk on the promenade, have a snack or a drink at the meny little bars and restaurants along the way, and the pletitude of beaches will have each of your needs meet for a perfect sunny holiday.
